Toolspine is a curated directory of third-party AI tools. We test and describe each listing to the best of our ability, but we don’t build, operate, or control the tools themselves — we’re an index, not the underlying product.

Some listings are marked Featuredas a paid placement. Featured status affects where a tool appears on the page — it does not change the accuracy of its description, and it isn’t an endorsement beyond what’s written. We aim to describe every tool, paid placement or not, by what it actually does.

We do our best to keep listings accurate and up to date, but pricing, features, and availability of third-party tools can change without notice. Toolspine makes no warranty about the quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any listed tool. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that tool’s own terms, and is at your own risk.

If you submit a tool for listing, you confirm you have the right to share the information provided and grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, edit, and display it as part of the directory. We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission or existing listing at our discretion, including tools that violate our Responsible Use policy.

• Don't scrape, copy, or republish the directory's content at scale without permission.
• Don't interfere with or disrupt the site, its infrastructure, or its analytics.
• Don't submit false, misleading, or malicious tool listings.
• Don't use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

The Toolspine name, design, and original written content (blurbs, descriptions, guides) are owned by us or our licensors. Trademarks, logos, and product names belonging to listed tools remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Toolspine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on any listing, including damages resulting from your use of a third-party tool discovered here.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Toolspine’s operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer- protection law requires otherwise.
